✧ at checkout, please leave a note with the name of your desired foxpost locker. if you don't do that, i'll ship the package via magyar posta (elsőbbségi levél/priority mail) to the address that you provide:)

✧ for international orders, i use MPL (magyar posta / hungarian post)

✧ if you order from outside hungary, you'll be offered 2 shipping options: tracked and untracked

✧ trackable packages cost more to ship, but if you prefer not to spend too much on shipping, feel free to pick the untracked method!

✧ however, please note that i am not responsible for lost packages, so please keep that in mind if you choose untracked shipping
✧ please always make sure to double, or even triple check if you have given me the correct address 

✧ if you choose tracked shipping, i'll provide the tracking number after shipment which you'll be able to use on posta.hu
✧ i am not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages!

✧ i do not accept returns or refunds, however, if your jewelry gets damaged clearly out of my mistake, i'll repair it for you for free within 4 weeks of the purchase

✧ if the jewelry is damaged by personal use, i'll also be happy to repair it (if it is possible), but you have to cover all costs

✧ if you'd like to request a repair, please message me on instagram

✧ for customs and remakes, please contact me on instagram 
✧ customs can take up to 8 weeks to finish. you can request it to be done sooner, but additional fees will apply

✧ you can always request a remake too and i'll try my best to make it happen, but please note that it will always cost around 15-25% more than the original piece

✧ soft soldered pieces are made from lead free solder, which means they are completely safe for wear and they are also waterproof and non-tarnishing!

✧ beaded pieces contain mostly stainless steel findings, but it is always safer to avoid direct contact with water when wearing them!
